Privacy Policy

VoltForge Academy uses account details to authenticate learners, provide purchased course access, and maintain lesson progress.

What we collect

Account email, name, course purchase and enrollment records, lesson progress, and waitlist email signups may be stored for those purposes. Field-guide requests include a first name and email. Company training inquiries may include a name, email, company, optional phone number, team size, training interest, and message so VoltForge Academy can review the request and respond.

Analytics

The Academy records a limited allow-listed event name, anonymous visitor key, route, and optional offer identifier. It does not accept email, learner IDs, lesson content, or payment details from the browser.
